Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Postage and packaging costs will be added to the value of your order, based on the actual cost of shipping via USPS. The cost is calculated using the weight and size of the items being shipped. To estimate the cost of an item prior to ordering, simply get the weight from the product description on the www.petsupply-store.com website and then go to http://postcalc.usps.gov/ and enter the weight, our zip code (91352) and your zip code.
All orders will be shipped from our California fulfillment location using standard USPS services, Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge. We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time. Please also note that International Orders may attract additional shipping costs, particularly for large or bulky items. We will confirm shipping on all international orders before processing the order.
Please note that a handling charge of $2.99 will be added to all orders.
Customs
International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.
Order & Dispatch Process
Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from PayPal, confirming receipt of order as well as order details.
We will endeavor to dispatch orders 1st class mail on the day of receipt of order (subject to the item being in stock). A confirmation email response will be sent by email to confirm that the item has been dispatched.
If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require to cancel that part of the order or wait until it comes into stock.
We will endeavor to dispatch orders 1st class mail on the day of receipt of order (subject to the item being in stock and the customer credit card authenticity checks being satisfactory).
Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
If the product is defective, please notify us within 36 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Damage in shipping that is beyond our control cannot be refunded UNLESS you requested insurance on the shipment. Damage in shipping MUST be reported within 36 hours of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims process. KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK FOR PROCESSING UPS CLAIMS.
UPS includes up to $100 insurance on all shipments (additional insurance can be requested at a charge). Credit for items damaged using UPS will be claimed with UPS. Please notify us of any damage and SAVE everything. We will put in the Claim.
USPS has NO insurance unless you request it. If you did not request insurance and an item is damage, we cannot process a claim. NO refunds on International shipments unless you request Insurance.
